To optimize the performance of your Dr. Marla’s Sports Bra, it's very important to know how to fit the bra properly. The following steps should be performed “in order” every time the bra is worn.

First, start by unhooking the cups thereby exposing the underlying open triangles. |

Then, your arms must be placed through the shoulder straps, and the bra strap fastened in the back. |

Next, lean forward, bending at the waist, and gently pull each breast through the openings within each front triangle, thereby placing your breast on the crescent shaped sling and within the triangular frame. (The breasts may be pulled up and out to a varying extent to maximize appearance, support, or to equalize the appearance of both sides). |

Last, stand or sit upright, and bring the cup material upward, over the front and fasten the hooks, found at the top of each cup, to the selected loops on the front of the shoulder straps at the correct level/height to provide desired lift and support. |

Each of these steps is necessary every time the bra is worn,
to provide the best fit and support, even if
the
same loop is chosen each time on the shoulder strap.
